So I'm teaching a mini class for Enrichment (Women's group meeting) next month and I'm looking for some ideas. I'll be talking about saving money, and I'm looking for the crazy stuff, things other people make fun of you for, like washing disposable silverware, or some of the bigger stuff like staying healthy to avoid medical bills down the road. I'd like to have a handout full of things that maybe people haven't thought of before. I know you guys have some ideas--bring em on! Or if you have a ton, send me an email. So here's to saving $$$! And thank you.

Hi Bonnie!
I save a lot of money with coupons, but I get them online. There is a website, thecouponclippers.com, where I purchase coupons for things that I know I will use. There is also a site, couponmom.com, that matches Sunday paper coupons with weekly grocery sales. We also do craigslist and freeecycle for things before buying new. One other thing I've done that saves me money is that I bake my favorite treats/snacks, and then I freeze them to pull out as needed...this saves me a fortune on snack foods, and a ton of calories!
Hope these ideas help.
Okay, don't laugh, but i monitor the kids' toilet paper! I do! Kaelyn was all about handfuls of toilet paper, and Liam just like to flush it while it's still attached to the roll! So Kaelyn is allowed 3 squares max, or a baby wipe if needed, and Liam is on tp lockdown!
